Refund policy

All of our art prints are created to order - usually within 24 hours of an order being placed, once production has started we cannot stop the process or offer a refund.

To cancel an order, you can contact us at artyprintcreations@gmail.com. within 2 hours of placing your order.

You can always contact us for any return question at artyprintcreations@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
